Domino House collects nothing.
The app contains no networking code at all. There is no server, no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting and no third-party SDK. Nothing you do in the app is ever transmitted anywhere, because the app has no means of transmitting anything. It behaves identically in airplane mode.
Everything below is written only into the app's own sandboxed storage on your iPhone, so that you can close the app and pick up where you left off. None of it is transmitted, and all of it is removed when you delete the app.

None of this is personal data. It is not linked to you or to any identifier, it is not readable by us or by any other app, and it is never uploaded.
If you have iCloud Backup or an encrypted local backup switched on, iOS may include this app's sandboxed files in your own device backup. That backup belongs to you and is governed by Apple's privacy policy, not by ours — we have no access to it.
Delete the app. iOS removes its entire sandboxed storage automatically, including everything in the table above. There is nothing for us to delete on our side, because we never receive anything.
Domino House is a general-audience board game. It is not part of the Kids Category and is not directed specifically at children. It contains no gambling, no wagering, no real or virtual currency, no purchases of any kind, no chat, and no user-generated content. Because the app collects no data at all from any user, there is no children's-data question to answer under COPPA, GDPR Art. 8, or any equivalent law — there is no data to concern.
Data-protection laws — including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA — give you rights over personal data a company holds about you: access, correction, export, deletion, objection, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
We hold no personal data about you. We never collect it, we operate no server that could receive it, and we have no way of identifying you. In practice this means:

None. The app bundles no third-party SDK, framework, library or service. Its only dependencies are its own local modules, shipped inside the app. It opens no external service in the background and makes no outbound request of any kind.
The app implements, uses and links no encryption beyond what iOS itself applies to its own file storage, and it makes no network connections. It is therefore declared exempt from US export encryption requirements (ITSAppUsesNonExemptEncryption = false).
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published at this same address and the "Effective date" above will be updated. Because the app collects nothing, any change could only ever be a clarification of wording.
The app ships in English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil) and Russian. Apple does not require a localised privacy policy and an English-only page is accepted. If the client wants translations, this document is short enough to translate directly, but each translation must live at its own stable URL and must say exactly the same thing as this one.
